Hi folks, its been just over a week since my last review and with the dust settling after our exclusive pictures of the Motorola cliq XT, I thought it was about time I treated you fine people to some great Apps. I have decided to look towards games this week and I will be delivering a triple whammy!. All the games I will be reviewing are developed by Hexage, a small group of developers who’s mission is to make awesome and beautiful games. The first is BUKA. In this game you are a blue planet like being. The goal is simple survive each stage so BUKA can make it to his/her “happy place” by “zapping” all the “baddies” that get in your way. So with the introduction over lets get on with the review.Â
UI
The User-Interface can be summed up in one word, Spectacular!. the graphics in this game are second to none. forget crappy Gameloft java style graphics and say hello to lush vibe-rant graphics that are made for smart phones. the main menu is the same for all three games with the exception of TOTEMO ( more on that later this week). the menu is simple and easy to use with only a few options which is plenty in my option. Both the lite and pro versions have links to the other titles on the market and also the option to upgrade on the lite version. overall when you play this game you cant help but say WOW!.Â

Performance
I half expected after viewing theses screenshots, my ageing G1 to struggle with playing this game, oh how i was wrong. Not only did my G1 keep up with the games pace i suffered no pause of game-play or a single FC in the entirety of my test period. I have to say i think this game has been put together very well indeed. So overall, Outstanding performance.Â

Game-play
Normally this is the part of the review i talk about the features of the app however as this is a game i will be talking about the game-play. The game-play on the whole is very good, easy to play straight away and you soon master the controls. speaking of which the controls are as simple as taping the screen and dragging your finger (as this is all you do). the story line is not that easy to follow however after level 3 you don’t really care and just concentrate on staying alive. some of the little catchphrases BUKA comes out with are funny however at times the way it talks can be annoying. so overall great game-play but maybe tried to hard to get some laughs.Â
Score 4/5

So there you have it a great addictive game to waste a hour or two on. what ever type of gamer you are i seriously recommend giving this a try even if its just the free version but i strongly recommend the upgrade.Â
Overall score 4/5
